To borrow a line from Jerry G., "What a long and strange trip it's been…” a trip that has equipped me with a diverse and powerful skillset. From the ground up, I’ve managed a warehouse and provided tech support for a leading technology company, assisting users, field technicians, and product engineers. I was also a key player in a startup, riding the wave of growth and change all the way through mergers and acquisitions. Along the way, I’ve performed as a technical analyst and writer, ensured research quality control, and served as a technical editor. I've also had the privilege of leading a training project, creating documentation, and training trainers and end users. With a Google Project Management certification under my belt and experience dabbling in prompt engineering for AI and a little web design, I’ve collected an unusual—but highly effective—combination of skills.

I've worn many hats throughout my career, and each one has given me a unique perspective on what it takes to run an office smoothly. I've worked in college admissions and as a receptionist, and I've also been an administrative assistant for a legacy big six accounting firm and for the entire HR department of a manufacturing company. I even have experience as a church secretary! All of these experiences have given me a well-rounded skill set. I'm an expert in calendar and scheduling management, keeping everyone on the same page, and I excel at communication and correspondence. I'm also highly skilled in data and documentation management, office and logistical support, and event and meeting coordination. I also have new certification in AI skills. Plus, I've handled everything from training coordination to creating detailed Excel budgets for a corporation's HR management.
